I am a work at home mom who became interested in Charlotte Mason’s philosophy of education in college. I was an Education major at the time and after reading For the Child’s Sake by Susan Macaulay, I was hooked. It sounded like such a rewarding way to learn. I read everything I could get my hands on that had to do with Charlotte Mason, and even had the pleasure to take a class in which we read her works and discussed them. Now that I am at home I desire to make my home a place that stimulates children to love learning. My daughter is 7 months old, and I have the blessing of having two other little girls who share our daytime hours who are 1 and 3. I hope you enjoy sharing in the journey as I learn how to best make my home a place for discovery.
